Toyota RAV4

The fifth-generation Toyota RAV4 was launched in the Australian market with additional safety features, technological advancements and more space inside the cabin. For the first time, it has an option of hybrid power as well. Six of the 11 models in the line-up are petrol-electric versions with better economy than the diesel engine, which is now discontinued. The advanced safety features on the 2019 RAV4 includes autonomous emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot warning, speed-sign recognition, and a rear-view camera. The new RAV4 is also the first Toyota in Australia with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration. At 580-litres, the boot space is one of the biggest in its class, and there’s plenty of space inside the cabin. The all-New RAV4’s interior is packed with advanced technology, featuring up to five USB ports, an impressive JBL sound system, and the latest voice-activated infotainment. The Cruiser and Edge models feature a 7-inches multi-information display. The base model, Toyota RAV4 GX 2.0-litre petrol with automatic transmission, is priced at $30,640, while the top-end model, the Edge, costs $47,140 (all prices are MSRP).
