The current generation of the Audi A3 is getting old and as Audi prepares its new generation A3, its Cabriolet version is not long for this world. The A3 Cabriolet is currently available in the three trims like the A3 but excludes the sporty RS3 trims. Prices carry a premium of around $6000 on the sedan models and start from $49,800. Engines are similarly the same two turbocharged four-cylinder mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission - a 1.4L making 110 kW and 250 Nm of torque and another 2L producing 140 kW and 320 Nm of torque respectively. Quattro is standard on the top-spec. The Cabriolet comes with the same features as the sedan meaning standard forward collision alert, rearview camera, cruise control and 7” touchscreen infotainment with support for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. And not to mention a power-folding soft top.
