Volvo XC60 Review 2024
Sippi Vig says
In the luxury mid-size SUV segment, Volvo XC60 is one of the best performers for the last three years. To further keep the legacy, Volvo has innovated a new Plug-in Hybrid XC60. This year Volvo has added a new plug-in hybrid variant Polestar in the lineup of XC60. With this, now XC60 is available in four grades. The base grade Momentum driveaway prices begin from $69,629. It is available with D4 2.0L turbocharged petrol and T5 2.0L turbocharged diesel engines. Likewise, the second trim Inscription gets the same engine configurations and comes with driveaway prices of $77,653. The third grade R-design is available with a D5 2.0L twin-turbocharged petrol engine and T6 2.0L supercharged and turbocharged petrol engine. R-Design also features distinctive styling than other grades and comes with driveaway prices of $85,968. While the newly inducted Polestar comes with driveaway prices of $110,866 and is powered by the T8 Plug-in-Hybrid 2.0L supercharged and turbocharged petrol engine. Now with Polestar, Volvo has also increased the EV drive range. Other minor changes include a standard 12.3-inch digital dash display across the lineup. Moreover, all the grades of XC60 wear a distinctive facial expression but reflect on the same styling. With this, the XC60 becomes one of the most blended SUV that gives you the right balance between beautiful design, comfortable interiors, and power to command the adventures. Including this, the pack of most advanced safety features makes sure to keep you protected from the mischief of adventures.

XC60 Exterior
Being a mid-size SUV, XC60 looks promising with bold design. The dynamic and unique Scandvanian styling mixes with the muscular body to give XC60 a commanding presence. The front fascia of Momentum and Inscription almost looks the same. But, when compared with the other two grades R-Design and Polestar, there’s a significant difference in the front grille and lower bumper. However, when it comes to styling, all the grades look alike. The rising side window line over the bonnet and sharp tailgate highlights the powerful stance. While the large wheels articulate the athletic nature of the XC60. The standard full LED headlight and T-shaped daytime running lights leave a lasting impression. Likewise, the rear taillights further keep the styling of the XC60 delighted and captivating. Volvo has made sure that exteriors look engaging while staying smart. Therefore, XC60 gets the active bending lights, and cornering fog lights to assist the drivers on dark intersections. You can also get your XC60 with metallic paint that additionally costs $1900 and is free of cost with the top grade Polestar. The base grade Momentum rides on the 19-inch 5-Double Spoke Black Diamond Cut Alloy wheels, and Inscription comes with the 20-inch 8-Spoke Black Diamond Cut Alloy wheel. While the rest two get the 21-inch 5-Y Spoke Alloy wheel.
