The Toyota 86 manages to prove the phrase of ‘old is gold’ pretty accurately. This sports car might not have that modern appeal and features to make it look and feel attractive. However, for purists like me, what really matters are the mechanical abilities under the skin, and the Toyota 86 still has got the potential to give all the entry level sports cars a run for their money. The performance at lower rpms as well as taut chassis makes up a balance of a loveable driving experience, which doesn’t come after splurging a lot of money like in other modern day sports cars.
