Mazda 3 Sedan

Mazda has come up with a new sedan 3, and it’s a powerful mix up of fluid design and solid engine. Especially when it comes to the side and front looks of this car, it reflects the true equilibrium with the overall design and vehicle aerodynamics.  

This sedan is available in six variants G20 Pure, G20 Evolve, G20 Touring, G25 Evolve, G25 GT and G25 Astina. All variants are offered in two transmission types, either a 6-speed SKYACTIV manual mode or 6-speed SKYCTIV automatic mode. 

Moreover, G20 models are available with a 2.0L I4 petrol engine with istop function. This engine can produce a maximum power of 114kw at 6,000rpm and torque of 200Nm at 4,000rpm. Whereas, G25 models are available with 2.5L I4 petrol engine with istop and cylinder deactivation function. This engine can produce a maximum power of 139 kw at 6,000 rpm and torque of 252 Nm at 4,000rpm. 

Mazda has made 3 a perfect sedan with some amazing powertrain and transmission tech like active air shutter, automatic transmission drive selection, automatic transmission kick-down switch, radar cruise control with stop and go function, electric parking brake with auto hold, electric power steering, hill launch assist, and Skyactiv-vehicle dynamics G-Vectoring control plus.

A number of the exterior features have been kept standard among all the variants of 3, such as chrome exhaust extension, green-tinted windscreen, side, and rear windows, LED headlamps and tail lamps, headlamps auto on/off function, exterior mirrors with power-adjustable and auto-folding function, rain-sensing 2-speed wipers, and power windows with auto up/down. In addition to these the top variant, Astina comes with power sliding and tilt glass sunroof, heated exterior mirrors, LED daytime running lights, whereas rest of the variants come with halogen daytime running lights. 

Like it, the interiors of Mazda 3 are designed to match with the comfort and luxury of a sedan, and in this sedan, you’ll get a standard active driving display, map reading spot lamps, and entry system with delayed light fade out. In addition to these, in terms of infotainment based features, you’ll get an 8.8-inch widescreen display, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, and satellite navigation. 

Mazda hasn’t compromised with the active and passive active security features, and a number of essential features are standard among all the variants of 3, such as blind-spot monitoring, driver attention alert, dynamic stability control, forward obstruction warning, high beam control, hill launch assist, lane-keep assist system, rear parking sensors, rear cross-traffic alert, smart brake support, traction control system, and traffic sign recognition system.
