The standard connectivity features include Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, USB, and AUX.

The muscular aesthetics direct the exterior design of this SUV and makes it look dynamic yet focused. The front fascia commands attention with signature Land Rover grille in the centre, while the LED/Matrix/Pixel headlights on the sides further elongate the sleek styling of Range Rover Sports. The bonnet of this SUV is build-up of aluminium and air vents on the lower bumper are redesigned to enable the quick flow of air for better engine efficiency.

The design of Range Rover is still clean in 2020, and you’ll not find many sports-inspired elements added to the exteriors, as you can see in many of its rivals. The ride quality of Range Rover Sport is much better than many rivals in the segment that includes BMWX5 and Porsche Cayenne. Electronic air suspension monitors the ride and keeps the cabin balanced. However, while moving at high speed over bumps, the ride quality degrades a bit. The Dynamic Response system supports the handling and optimises the on-road performance. It ensures precise steering movement and maintains stability even when turning Range Rover Sport at high speed. 

Range Rover Sport is available with multiple engine choices. Each engine is refined to give you sheer driving pleasure while ensuring exceptional performance and fuel economy. This year, Range Rover Sport also get the new hybrid powertrain. However, the PHEV powertrain is only available with SE and HSE grades. It includes a 2.0L i4 engine that is capable of producing 297 kW of engine power and torque of 640 Nm. This engine is paired with 8-speed automatic transmission and offers exceptional driving experience. It can get from 0–100 km/hr in just 6.7 seconds and can attain a top speed of 220 km/hr. Other than this, the base grade of Range Rover Sports is also available with 183 kW 3.0L V6 diesel, 225 kW 3.0L diesel engine, 221 kW 2.0L petrol engine. HSE is available with 250 kW 4.4L V8 engine, and also offers the 225 kW 3.0L diesel engine. Going up in the Sport line up, the HSE Dynamic variant can be paired with 386 kW 5.0L V8 petrol, 4.4L V8 and 3.0L V6 engines. Autobiography Dynamic offers two engine choices of 5.0L V8 and 3.0L V6. While the top grade SVR is available with single engine choice, 423kW 5.0L V8 petrol engine.

When it comes to braking and safety, the Range Rover Sport is more capable than the ordinary Range Rover. Both models almost get the same configuration, but the overall performance of Sport grade is much better. Land Rover offers a pack of safety and driving assistance features with this SUV. It includes electronic active differential with torque vectoring, high-speed emergency braking, blind spot assist, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, lane keep assist, traffic sign recognition system, and 360-degree surround camera. 

Range Rover Sport is a comfortable and powerful SUV. This year, Land Rover has refined its performance and has also included a PHEV powertrain. The hybrid powertrain proves to be a perfect choice for the daily commute. But, it is inefficient for off-road driving. Apart from this, the ride quality of Range Rover is appreciable. In addition, the safety, driving assistance features further keep you safe and guided throughout the journey.
