Curvy but robust
For a pickup truck, I genuinely feel that the Mazda BT-50 misses out on some of the road presence, as the slightly curvy styling and rounded front fascia is something which is not very much likeable for a tough utility vehicle. However, keeping its rather soft styling, the Mazda BT-50 feels solid to drive and almost unshakable on rough terrains. The overall chassis feels strong enough to take any kind of beatings. The interior cabin design also doesn’t feel as modern and tech savvy as I would have liked it, but still I went ahead with it just because how ergonomically are all the controls and systems are placed in this cabin. The engine too doesn’t feel as harsh and noisy aa with the case of majority of the other pickups, with the fantastic in-cabin insulation working rightly in that direction.
