Hyundai Elantra

During the end of 2018, the South Korean automaker, Hyundai, revised the entire range of the Elantra for the Australian market. The car is available in four different versions - Go, Active, Sport and Sport Premium. The base version, ‘Go’ comes with several features such as a rear-view camera, 15-inch steel wheels, cruise control, automatic halogen headlights having halogen DRLs, six airbags and tinted windows. Inside the car, there is a 3.5-inch driver's information display along with a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The later comes with the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as well. The base version comes with 2.0-litre 'MPi' naturally-aspirated petrol engine, which can make a maximum power of 150 hp at 6200 rpm and a peak torque of 192 Nm coming at 4,700 rpm. The engine comes mated to a six-speed manual transmission along with an AWD system. There is an option to upgrade it to the six-speed automatic transmission as well.

Hyundai Elantra Power-trains

The Elantra is powered by a 1999cc 4-cylinder Petrol engine produces 150 hp of power and 192 Nm of torque and 1591cc 4-cylinder Petrol engine produces 201 hp of power and 265 Nm of torque.

It comes with the option of a 6-Speed Manual, 6-Speed Automatic and 7-Speed Dual Clutch transmission gearbox.
