Peugeot revealed pricing and specs of 2019 LCVs; Partner and Boxer

The pricing and specifications of two new commercial vans- Partner and Boxer have revealed by the Peugeot. The new commercial vans of the frim are considered a safe and viable option for traders and business owners in Australia. The managing director for Peugeot Citroen Australia, Ben Farlow was positive in his assertions on where the company should be heading. He said. Peugeot Partner front

The Peugeot Boxer will incorporate a 4.5-tonne payload and will have a single powertrain- a 2.0-litre turbo diesel mated to a six-speed manual producing 163 PS of power at 3500rpm and 310 Nm torque at 1500rpm. It will be available in two body lengths; the standard body delivers 11.5 cubic metres of cargo volume and priced at $47,490 whereas the long body delivers 13 cubic metres and priced at $48,990.

Peugeot LCV cabin

The Peugeot Partner features a turbocharged 1.2-litre petrol engine in two variants with standard body length producing outputs of 111 PS and 130 PS, both with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The prices for the variants are $25,490 and $30,990 respectively. The long body version will have the output generation of 92 PS with a diesel engine and five-speed manual transmission and priced at $29,990. Body lengths are based on Peugeot’s EMP2 platform which supports the passenger car and SUV portfolio.

Peugeot Boxer comes with a standard safety kit including AEB, a rear-view camera, rear parking sensors, and four airbags. Peugeot Partner also comes with plenty of standard safety kit comprising AEB with Active City Brake, front and rear parking sensors, lane departure warning, a surround rear-vision camera, six airbags, speed sign recognition, and an electronic speed limiter. And this is also the first LCV of the company to have a clever i-Cockpit design.

A five-year/200,000km warranty and five years of roadside assistance are standard on all LCVs of the firm. The vehicles require servicing every 12 months/15,000km. The vehicles will be available at the authorized Peugeot dealers in Australia from the last quarter of the year.
