2020 Lexus LS Inspiration pricing and specs revealed

To celebrate three decades of its flagship large sedan, Lexus rolled out a limited-run LS Inspiration Series. The evergreen model is out for sale now and available in a very small quantity i.e., fewer than 10 units. The starting price tag is marked at $198,922 plus on-road costs in the country.

The Lexus special edition model gets a different exterior and interior color finish. The Khaki Metal green paint for the exterior and 20-inch alloy wheels make the model different from the regular LS. However, the color choices also include Sonic Quartz, Liquid Metal, and Scarlet Crimson.

Inside the cabin, the car is adorned with “L-Aniline' leather”, laser cut ornamentation and brown door fabric trim. The car’s dashboard also houses the ‘30th Anniversary' badge with a blue illuminated backdrop.

The 2020 Lexus LS specs sheet incorporates a 12.3-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, Mark Levinson sound system, and two 11.6-inch entertainment screens for rear passengers. Not only this, but the customers will also get powered seats, electric sunshades, and a cooler box. 

Speaking of the powertrain, customers can choose from a twin-turbo V6 petrol engine and a hybrid powertrain, including a V6 engine with an electric motor.

In addition to the limited-run LS model, the firm has also upgraded the 2020 LS lineup. The LS Sports Luxury model comes loaded with standard safety suite including lane-tracing assist and rear- and parking-speed autonomous emergency braking. However, a revised adaptive variable suspension system and liquid-filled rear suspension mounts are added as standard specifications. The model also gets a smoother start/stop system.
