Lexus LC Inspiration Series is out for sale, price starts from $205,512

Lexus has released the pricing and specs of the limited-run LC Inspiration Series for the Australian buyers. The evergreen model is out for sale now and available in a very small quantity i.e., fewer than 10 units. The starting price tag is marked at $205,512 plus on-road costs.

The Lexus special edition model gets a completely different exterior and interior colour finish and also receives the latest connectivity features. On the exterior, it is graced with distinctive Khaki Metal green exterior paint and inside the cabin, you can see the tan 'L-Aniline' leather upholstery. Lexus also offers the option to get brown interior with Graphite Black or Titanium exterior finishes.

According to the firm, “'L-Aniline' leather "is made using only the top one percent of carefully selected hide and undergoes a special tanning process to ensure maximum softness.”

If we talk about the interior styling, the cabin incorporates the 12-way adjustable front sports seats, black leather accents for the steering wheel, seat bolsters, dashboard, centre console and Alcantara inserts on the door panels as standard appointments.

The upgrades do not end here, the launch of special edition LC Inspiration Series also marks the first appearance of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity feature on all LC models, sold from today. Besides, the firm also offers customised scuff plates i.e. "a subtle reminder of rarity every time an owner opens the door" to the buyers.

Moreover, the customers can get the new Series in both LC500 and LC500h variants. LC500 is powered by a 5.0-litre V8 delivers 477 PS of power and 540 Nm of peak torque where power is sent to rear wheels via a 10-speed automatic transmission. While LC500h is powered by a 3.5-litre V6 hybrid paired with a six-speed e-CVT produces 359 PS of power.
