The 16-inch steel wheels with small cover are standard across the range of Trafic. However, with the Crew grade, you can also opt for available at no cost 17-inch ‘CYCLADE’ alloy wheels. You’ll also get the standard electric heated door mirrors with a wide-angle view, rear windscreen wiper and demister, and rear mud flaps. The SWB PRO and LWB PRO come with the only left sliding door while the rest of the grades comes with both left and right sliding doors.

As a van, Renault Trafic gets the suspension to carry weight and not just passengers. Therefore, when talking about the passenger's comfort, the ride quality is a little bumpy without any load. However, as you load the cabin with some weight, the suspension settles down a little. With this, the bumpiness also decreases. Overall the ride quality of the Trafic is much better than other vans in the segment. Likewise, the handling is also relaxed and comfortable for long road trips. Renault Trafic is available with multiple engine options. With the SWB PRO and LWB PRO, you’ll get the 1.6L turbocharged diesel engine matched with the 6-speed manual transmission to give you a maximum power of 85 kW at 3,500 rpm and torque of 300 Nm at 1,500 rpm. This setup ensures a combined fuel efficiency of 6.6L per 100km. While the SWB PREMIUM and LWB Premium variants are paired with the 1.6L twin-turbocharged diesel engine and 6-speed manual transmission to unleash the power of 103 kW at 3,500 rpm and torque of 340 Nm 1,500 rpm. This engine ensures the combined fuel efficiency of 6.2L per 100km. Moreover, the newly introduced 2.0L turbocharged engine comes paired with the 6-speed Efficient Dual Clutch automatic transmission. This engine is standard with the SWB PREMIUM, LWB PREMIUM, and LWB CREW LIFESTYLE. The 2.0L engine can deliver maximum power of 125 kW at 3,500 rpm and torque of 380 Nm at 1,500 rpm. 

Unlike the variations in dimension and features across the range of the Trafic. The braking configuration remains the same for all the variants. In the front wheels, 296 x 28 mm Disc are installed while in the rear wheels 280 x 12 mm Disc are installed. The braking power of the Trafic is extended with smart brake assistance features. It includes Anti-lock Braking System, Brake Assist, Electronic Brakeforce Distribution, and Electronic Stability Control. While the driving assistance and safety features comprise of Roll Over Mitigation, Cruise Control with speed limiter, driver thorax airbag, driver & passenger front and lateral curtain airbags, rear parking sensors, a rearview camera, and deadlocking system.
